The pony cannot move forward suddenly when kids ride it, but it worked well before, what happened?

1. Please check if the hoof is caught in the wheel. If the hoof is caught in the wheel, take it out.

2. Please make sure all the safety locks are in the downward position.

3. Check if foreign objects such as hair, pet hair, etc. is in the wheel and between  the fork. If foreign objects are caught, please clean the foreign objects.

4. Do not ride on slippery ground.
